LELO Ida Wave is the only LELO dual in this catalogue with documented app control, and the only one whose internal part is described as rotating rather than rising and falling. LELO’s page title calls it an “App-Connected Dual Vibrator That Rotates and Vibrates”: a smaller arm is inserted, a larger arm rests on the clitoris, two motors drive them, and WaveMotion gives the internal arm “a rotating finger-like massage motion”. At 63 x 56 x 93 mm and 102 g it is a different shape from the brand’s WaveMotion rabbits, the LELO Soraya Wave and LELO Ina Wave 2, and at 189 EUR it lists 10 EUR below both.
Venus has not physically tested this product. This review is based on LELO’s official Ida Wave product page and its published specification block, checked on 12 October 2026. Where LELO does not document something clearly, this page says so rather than filling the gap.
Quick Verdict
Ida Wave is the pick for someone who wants LELO’s WaveMotion mechanism with Bluetooth app control in a compact dual rather than a full-size rabbit. The specification block is nearly complete, the device is 100% waterproof and ISO 3533 compliant with a two-year warranty and a ten-year quality guarantee, and at 189 EUR it is the least expensive LELO dual on this site. The caveats are no insertable length or noise figure, a single on-device button, and the fit sensitivity of any fixed two-arm shape.
Format and Who It Is For
Ida Wave is not a rabbit. LELO’s how-to-use steps describe the shape directly: “insert the smaller arm into the vagina and the larger one onto your clitoris”. There is no handle; LELO’s copy calls the result “the ultimate hands-free stimulation”.
The internal arm is the distinguishing feature. The page title says the device “Rotates and Vibrates”, the description promises “external vibrations and internal rotations for a fuller feeling within”, and the WaveMotion highlight describes “a rotating finger-like massage motion which is a source of deep pleasuring on the G-spot”. A second highlight attributes the vibration to “two vibrating motors working in tandem”.
The right buyer wants internal movement plus clitoral vibration in a small app-controlled device and accepts a single on-device button; anyone who needs a documented insertable length, a noise level or a handle should look at the rabbits.
Documented Specifications
LELO lists the materials as body-safe silicone and ABS plastic, with an “extra-soft silicone” tile. The size is 63 x 56 x 93 mm and the weight 102 g. No insertable length or diameter is published.
Power is a Li-Ion 3.7 V 520 mAh cell, charged in 2 hours at 5.0 V and 200 mA, for up to 2 hours of use and up to 90 days of standby, with automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. Frequencies are 130 Hz for the vibration motor and 1.4 Hz for the gear motor; neither LELO nor this page converts the latter to a rotation speed. The interface is a single button. The features list “10 settings” running “from a teasing murmur to a satisfying pulse”; LELO does not split these into levels and patterns, so this page records 10 settings and nothing finer, and the app adds “more vibrating patterns” of unstated number.
App control is documented as an “App-Connected” tile and an “App-Controlled” highlight, “connect and control your device via Bluetooth”. No maximum noise level is published.
Materials, Waterproofing and Cleaning
LELO marks Ida Wave as 100% waterproof, “perfect for the bath and shower”, so it can be rinsed whole with mild soap or a toy cleaner and dried before it goes back in the supplied satin pouch. The silicone is non-porous, and LELO states the product meets the ISO 3533 standard for sex-toy safety. The gap where the arms meet collects lubricant and deserves a careful rinse; water-based lubricant is the conservative default with silicone. No IP rating is published.
Battery and Warranty
The 520 mAh cell matches the Ina Wave 2’s and is smaller than the Soraya Wave’s 850 mAh, with the same documented result: a two-hour charge for up to two hours of use and up to 90 days of standby. LELO documents a two-year warranty from the purchase date with a free replacement if a problem occurs, plus a quality guarantee covering the product for ten years after the two-year warranty expires.
In the Catalogue
Ida Wave vs. the WaveMotion rabbits
The LELO Soraya Wave and LELO Ina Wave 2 share the WaveMotion name but are full-size rabbits with a 110 mm insertable shaft and a handle: 218 x 72 x 46 mm and 185 g, or 200 x 65 x 45 mm and 176 g, at 259 and 199 EUR list. Ida Wave is 63 x 56 x 93 mm and 102 g at 189 EUR, offers 10 settings to their 8 and 12, and is the only one of the three with documented app control. The mechanism differs too: the rabbits’ tips rise and fall, Ida Wave’s internal arm rotates. Only the Soraya Wave publishes a noise level, 50 dB, and an 850 mAh battery. The rabbits meet in Soraya Wave vs Ina Wave 2 and are ranked on the best rabbit vibrators page; Ida Wave is not a rabbit by shape.
Ida Wave vs. the Enigma duals
The LELO Enigma at 199 EUR and LELO Enigma Cruise at 219 EUR pair contact-free SenSonic clitoral stimulation with a 140 mm G-spot arm in a 100 x 50 x 185 mm, 196 g body with 8 settings. Ida Wave is smaller and lighter, vibrates rather than uses sonic waves externally, rotates internally, adds app control and lists 10 EUR below the Enigma and 30 EUR below the Cruise; the Enigmas answer with a documented insertable length, an 850 mAh battery and, on the Cruise, Cruise Control. None of the three publishes a noise figure. The other app-controlled dual on this site is the We-Vibe Nova 2 at 149 EUR, a rabbit with a flexible external arm and IPX7 waterproofing whose shaft vibrates rather than rotates.
Ida Wave among the LELO range
Within LELO, Ida Wave is the entry point to WaveMotion on price and the only WaveMotion device with Bluetooth app control. The full line-up is on the LELO reviews hub, internal devices across brands are ranked on the best G-spot vibrators page, and at 189 EUR it also sits in the premium picks tier.
Value Position
LELO’s product page gives Ida Wave a 189.00 EUR list price, in stock when checked, with the page’s discount field reading 0%, so no discounted figure is recorded here. That is 10 EUR below the Soraya Wave, Ina Wave 2 and Enigma, 30 EUR below the Enigma Cruise and 40 EUR above the We-Vibe Nova 2: the bottom of LELO’s dual range, still in the catalogue’s premium tier. The case for it is a documented rotating internal arm, app control, 10 settings, 100% waterproofing and twelve years of combined stated cover in the lightest LELO dual on this site; the open questions are the missing insertable length and noise figure. For the catalogue-wide ranking, see best vibrators 2026.
Pros
- WaveMotion internal arm documented as a rotating finger-like massage motion, with two vibrating motors and Bluetooth app control
- Compact and light: body-safe silicone and ABS, 63 x 56 x 93 mm and 102 g, the lightest LELO dual in the catalogue
- 10 settings, 100% waterproof, ISO 3533 certified, up to 2 hours of use from a 2-hour charge and 90-day standby
- 189 EUR list price undercuts the Ina Wave 2 and Enigma by 10 EUR and the Soraya Wave's 259 EUR list by 70 EUR and the Enigma Cruise by 30 EUR, with a 2-year warranty plus a 10-year quality guarantee
Cons
- 189 EUR manufacturer list price is still in the catalogue's premium tier, 40 EUR above the app-controlled We-Vibe Nova 2
- No insertable length, diameter or maximum noise level is published, where the Soraya Wave documents all three
- A single button on the device; LELO's own copy points to the app to explore more vibrating patterns
- Fixed two-arm geometry: LELO says the design suits all shapes and sizes but gives no measurements to check that against
